  1. The analysis included data from 325 participants in the FDG-PET/CT population. Continuous data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation. HOMA-IR was calculated from fasting glucose × fasting insulin/405. P-values were calculated from statistical tests as follows: age, Kruskal–Wallis test; other traits, multiple linear regression models adjusted for sex and age (non-normally distributed trait values were log-transformed before the tests)
